I bought a barbie today, as a treat for getting a new job, and when I changed her clothes I was shocked to see she has permanent panties! When did this happen? How unsanitary!
For any of you who haven't been barbie shopping lately, Kayla has really beautiful long orange hair. She unfortunately is a mermaid though, so her fashion options are limited. I popped her head off and attached it to a regular, bipedal Barbie: perfection.
I wish they'd bring back the grasping hands and the curlable metal hair....

| It's a chastity belt. She's been ruining Mattell's image with her late night frolicking and loose behavior, so they decided to take action! |

I wonder if she's more emotional than Ken.

| Just since John Ashcroft became AG... he sent a Justice intimidation team to Mattel, to make sure no prepubescents could look up Barbies skirt to satisfy their natural curiousity... |

What, indeed.
I like the other better. It reminded me of those superhigh (no pun) bondage shoes.

LOL --- look closely at the pic, Dave. Here's a hint: it's not just cute, its useful, if you have a lighter. |

Alas, no. They are quite modest. But she still wears no bra.

I'm not doll doctor, but it would seem that a sits bath of paint remover might help get rid of those nasty panties. Just a suggestion.

There is a great documentary from a few years back on the modifications people make to Barbie. Giving her nipples seems to be a common one. Perhaps I can fashion some for mine.

They aren't just painted on, they are molded into the plastic, and texturized!

My wife can help. She and her sister both have created One of a Kind (OOAK) Barbies and sold them on Ebay. If done well they bring a fortune. Here is my sister in law's website:

| I have this friend who brought Barbies to school and drew stuff in certain places on them. A teacher took them and started making jokes about them. She's lucky that teacher likes to make jokes that are just as perverted as her jokes. |

Those are AMAZING! Your wife and your sister are both fantastic artists. Maybe it's time for me to get out the model paint!
Seriously, that looks like a lot of fun to do. My dad used to do train sets; he was very good at the painting, and I always thought it was so cool. Kicking around in the "projects for another day" room of my brain is making a dollhouse based on the house we used to live in when I was a kid. Scale modeling is so great.

Yes it is; however I don't have the patience for it. Your idea sounds very cool. Personally I always wanted to build a scale model railroad of Lovecraft's Innsmouth with various nefarious things going on throughout.
I did not know my wife's dolls were on my sister-in-law's site. I will have to go back and look again. Please allow me to clarify that this is my sister-in-law NOT my sister. Thanks! Love, Nh |

A Lovecraftian railroad...heh heh heh...it is almost too terrible to contemplate! Each time I think upon it, I feel the fevers begin to rise in my feeble brain. Curse that Mad Arab who first laid to paper the horrid tales of things we should not speak!
Good ole HP...sometimes it's pretty obvious he was getting paid by the word. He could make quite a living today writing lines for Mojo Jojo.

I will resist the urge to do a Mojo Jojo riff. But it ain't easy.
If Lovecraft were alive today I don't think he would be writing for TPPG. I think he would be saying "Help! Let me out of this box!" |

NH--
You have, I am sure, seen the recent story on Bondage Barbie.
I've seen pics of these things before--some are a scream.
