I can't send him one from here...and I know he really wants one, so I suggested that he check at a shelter near him, but $$$ is an issue...Soooo, I thought if we pooled some funds ...We could gift him one from the Group of US....'course that means it will have to have a Trekkie name!!!!
Who's In?
If I get enough people I will ask Paul to collect funds and send on to me or directly to Spud.(that way your address is sacred)...that is, if He will....
Sound good
A Moggy...for those who don't speak "ENGLISH" |

Hey, count me in. FYI, his birthday is December 4th, (right spud?). I'm not sure if he's allowed to have a cat in his apartment. We'd better check first.
I've told him he should move if thats the case.
A trek name? He's a DS9 fan, how about Sisko?
Unfortuantely he's also a Chicago fan, so how about naming the kitty Bear?

My kids saw the running cat at the end of your posts and were concerned because it looks like it's favoring it's right front paw. I told the it was a computer glitch....
I think I have some animal activists here! Maybe a vet.

| OK. But shouldn't we encourage the adoption of a homeless animal rather than buy one? |

I was going to say that, there are several animal shelters in Birmingham he could go to - even the Dogs' Home has a cat section!

Well, it looks like I missed this one too.
Everything's asked and settled on the board
before I can get to it, but I'm going to
answer anyway!
Yes, Littlestar, great idea getting Mark a Moggy
(cat) from a shelter, not a pet store,
and count me in on the plan, please.

Sorry you can't have a pet in your building,
Mark....you'll just have to hang out here for
more strokes and warm fuzzys... Peg |
