| The file you sent is a .bmp. My storage server wil not accept that format. Only .jpg and one other I never can remember. I am sorry but I will need help to post it. |

Changing a bmp file to a jpg file is easy. Just highlight the file and go to file. click on "Save as". And at the bottom it will say "Save file as:" Pick jpg and click OK.
