(disclaimer: this is not a vito-thread)
It's about the name changes that have
occurred since the system switch, especially
last week.
. TSO's delightful new names for us
. many new creative nicknames
. and, of course, the intrigue of the mystery name
I was bored, as usual, about 3am the other night
and also feeling slightly left out having the same
old name when everyone else seemed to be having fun,
so I decided to wake up Paul and tell him I needed
to evolve in cyber-space...to become more than I am...
to become an uppercased person, instead of lowercased.....
(nothing too daring or dramatic here).
Also, I had become aware lately that no other
proper name here, e.g., Dave, Ron, sue, Claudia,
roxy, could also be used as an object.....
verbally speaking, that is.......
Would anyone say, "I feel like a square ron in a
round hole" ?? (which you aren't, btw, Ron  )
Try some......if you're bored.
So, even though the change is apparently
still in progress, I am serving notice that,
as of today,
I will no longer respond to:
"peg". "Peggy", "peggie", "Peggie", "maggie",
"Margaret (!!), or "meg"......
unless, of course, someone addresses me that way.

My handle, rag451, is derived from the username that Internet America gave me six long years ago. I used it to register at an MSN chat room, then as usernames for a few of my old pursuits, and now...uhm...here!
What's wrong with 'peg' or 'Peg'? It makes no difference to me; they're both good, solid names. I'd rather have a name like that to type to than something weird and drawn out. |

the uppercase is overated.....but you will always be peg/Peg to me---that's it.....change it to peg/Peg or Peg/peg...  --call me silly sis at it again.... |
