As part of the Parade of Lights in East Pioria, Illinois, the Enterprise float is lit up with 48,000 LED lights and has become one of the most popular participants over the last five years.
Pretty cool, don't ya think? |

I just "cut and pasted" the article, my dear Diana...... 
Actually, the first picture was texted to me on my phone from a fellow geek at work, and I had no idea where it came from. After searching the internet, I finally found it and the story behind it. That's where I got the info from. I really did just cut & paste the article.
Even though I suck at spelling, I would of caught that one if I had taken the time....... |

That still is pretty coll...I am just wondering how long it took them to make the frame that precise, and string all those lights!
