Herschel never made much of an impact in the NFL....
Best college player I ever witnessed, never understand that one |

Go Cowboys!
Now I just hope the Bears can get some decent practices in this week...seems every thing that can go wrong did!!
Grass wasen't watered right at Soldier Field and it had huge gaps on the field, and players could trip and get hurt..so the Family Night game was post phoned, then they were practicing for a while at a diffrent field and the power went out and they had to finish up at a local High school field, then there were problems with the players and rumors floating around johnny Knox was leaving or having some arguments with the coaches...he wasen't!
Not a good start to the year..

School's in session BWW. Click below to start your homework....

Are you living on this side yet? It'll get easier to understand the game when you can see the games, hear the commentators, etc. Seriously man, if you have questions, just ask. Always ready to have another soul join the fold. As long as you don't become an Eagles fan...... |

Captjtk.....I didn't know three players we got in the trade off are former Cowboys players...the one guy with the dread lock hair (I can't think of his name) played pretty well last night!

That would be Marion Barber. Yeah, he was the one of the three that I really didn't want to go, but to keep under the cap, it had to be done. He wasn't quite the player we thought he was when we took him on.
Yeah, he can be explosive, but remember, all seven of his carries last night were against a second string defense. We'll see if he can prove himself better for the Bears than he did for the Cowboys. He doesn't seem to think he has to work at it.
Roy Williams..... I feel for your QB. We traded away 4 draft picks including a 2009 first round to bring him to Dallas, and he never lived up to any potential. I wanted to hit Jerry Jones over that deal. To keep him would of counted 9.5 against the cap. Hope he does better for you.
It's going to be a hell of a season..... |
