Do you have good news you'd like to share? I thought maybe it would be fun to post some nice things people do for you. Here's a note I received from someone that made my day-o:
John,
I just wanted to thank you and the guys over at the warehouse. Great job with the machine prep and packing of all the equipment and supplies for my training in TN. Everything worked smoothly, except for the training store's internet. But thanks to Matt and [omit] tech person, the internet connection for that store was back up and running the next day. Please thank Matt again for staying until almost 7 p.m. last Wed. (I stayed too) evening. I really appreciated him taking the time to help me troubleshoot the internet problems. I know sometimes we take you guys for granted, so I just wanted to say thanks and give you guys some props. |

Cool!
I once wrote a letter to a truck driver's boss.
This guy was incredible. Most of the time, the truck driver's
think their job is done when they back up to the dock.
This guy was 2nd in line that busy day. He not only waited,
but helped us unload the truck ahead of him.
I have never before or since written this letter. I was compelled
to tell his boss what he had done that day.
He made one more delivery to us. He showed me sort of a
"plaque of appreciation" he had received.
Kind of made my day-o  |
