NOT A THING!!!!! I HAVE AN EMPTY DUPLEX NEXT TO ME!!!!!! WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
The last ones left yesterday. They also left 4 96-gallon trash cans full of trash (mostly empty stinky beer cans) plus a bunch of other crap behind. I'm hoping it stays cloudy until Tuesday so the sun doesn't beat down on the garbage and make it really stinky!!!!
Anyone need a tv??? There's one at the curb! It's only been rained on 4 times in the last 2 days!!

Sounds like a YAY! moment to me. 
I just hope you don't have problems with neighborhood critters getting into the trash and strewing it all over the place.  |

The garbage cans are too tall for that (I think). Besides, Mollie and Rocky have scared all of the nocturnal critters off!!!
I did see that some 2-legged critters were going through things over there! At least they had the courtesy NOT to throw it around!! I'm going to tell the landlord I'll even help him drag stuff to the curb if he needs help!!!

Peace & quiet, isn't it wonderful?
I'm right there with ya. The kids are in VA, and I've had the house alone since I got home sunday. Just me and the dogs.
C's coming over after class is out tonight, so I've got to get this place in shape. Not going to be alone much longer....
