In just a couple of months George W Bush, will leave the White House after 8 years. In many polls he's even more unpopular, than Richard Nixon, according to a Gallup survey taken back in April.

He is a man with both power and financial resources. I hope that he finds a way to use for good as have so many presidents before him.

Many Katrina victims are still waiting (and hoping) for assistance.

The man is leaving office very unpopular (which, to echo Gornman, echoes people's low opinion of CONGRESS as a whole).

He's leaving.

I for one hope he gets some rest and spends quality time with his family.

And hopefully people will get off his back and focus on their positive, change mentality.

Batman,

You are the cowardly bastard who sent me hate mail awhile back. You willing
to do something face to face?

No, I think what Gornman has exposed is rather telling.

For many, the Obama victory is a sign of hope and change, and moving forward.

Some in that group are such sad, miserable people that they aren't really sincere about moving forward and will continue to make nasty comments about Bush because they are so wrapped up in 8 yrs of hate that they know nothing else.

If, ONE DAY after such a Historic Election, you still feel the need to bash Bush....then spare me your happy-go-lucky bullsh!t because I'm not buying it.

Some of us are making an effort.

Yes...I SEE the effort being made...I've watched it all day....

As for the constant baiting for reactions all day...you interpret that
as you see fit, but I have noticed quite a few verbal attacks on MEMBERS and NOT ISSUES...

I spoke FACTS about Bush....and that is all I am responsible for....
