| The Slave situation was merely a byproduct ruse of the reasons for the Civil Conflict...the REAL reasons centered on European contracts and Loyalties, $$$$...and a desired secession....to stop the Monopolies of the Carpetbaggers. I wonder what this country would be like had the South prevailed....( the slavery issue would have been righted anyway ) |

In my case, that's a scary proposal! To be honest, I thought it was funny for a bunch of reasons. The biggest is that we've all heard this premise many times. Our country has always been deeply divided. I make fun of myself all the time and it's funny to think that most people consider Pennsylvania a blue state. In a way it is by population concentration.
Let's just chill, vote for whomever and congratulate those whose side will win tomorrow. I'm hoping that some beltway corruption will be reversed.
Put in a good word for my back if anyone gets a chance. The epitome of stupid is not letting yourself heal, then crying about being in pain.
In a pre-1920's world, this joke would've been a non-issue. Please people. Let's get back to pre-1920's and have fun. |

| I'm sure the pre-1920's had their fair share of belly laughs. |

Literal gut-busters! Back then, they laughed so hard, their entrails were strewn all around the floor! Yards of guts, just trailing behind them as they chuckled and chortled. Good times. Back when TV Land didn't broadcast stupid shows like, "Without Prejudice", "High School Reunion" and "Myths & Legends". Will we give up the good fight? I should say NOT!
That new guy, Brandon, is gonna help us fight TV Land. Always good to have reinforcements! |

Not to jump into the Mudd / Cat fray... but red state / blue state?
Here up in Canada, Red signifies the Liberal Party, and blue the Consertive Party.
You folks south of the border must be colour blind. (tongue firmly in cheek)

After months of campaigning, hours of election speeches and debates, and hundreds of opinion polls tracking the ebb and flow of the 2008 US presidential election, the time of reckoning is near.
Keep this BBC guide to US election night to hand to check what will be happening when and what to look out for.
