It's been awhile, but it's now on-line! My video of William Shatner receiving his lifetime achievement award at the Jules Verne Film Festival, Dec. 9, 2007. Since I don't have high-speed Net access, I am grateful to BIOS for posting this for me.
The video is divided into 2 parts. Part 1, http://blip.tv/file/1278280 , has host Malcolm McDowall, Patrick Stewart, Ernest Borgnine, and others. Part 2, http://blip.tv/file/1320272 , is where Bill Shatner gets his award and where the cast of the movie, Blade Runner, is honored.
