I don't know all the rules and ins and out of synchronised diving,
but I just saw two Australian girls pull off a dive that looked
like they were a mirror image of each other....WOW

I'm pulling for two young American girls, but they are
not doing so well right now

I admire the courage of all these young people.. Cool

I've been watching here and there. I love watching the swimming and diving. Michael Phelps is just amazing!!! I don't like the look of the "uni-tards" they're wearing, though. They look weird.

I'm waiting to see some track and field stuff too. I couldn't even run a hundred feet without getting winded!!! Laughing

I wish I was even half as talented as the competitors!!!

I watch the Olympic Games everyday (every night....the european time is different from China) and I love all the sports also when I don't understand all the rules.

However it's very nice to see a lot of athlets that try to beat some records or to defeat the opponents.

I'm very proud for the Italian team but I also like to watch all the great teams from other nations (for example the USA basketball team).

Long life to sport and to the Olympic spirit.

My best

It seems to me that every Olympics, there is more and more cheating.

Performance drugs
Fixed judging
Underage athletes
Sabotaged equipment

It's not what it used to be.

I've really been enjoying the Olympics and today especially as Team GB had a wonderful day!
Seeing such supreme athletes as Michael Phelps, who really should declare secession, he'd be coming fourth and Usain Bolt is quite emotional for me. I adore seeing people at the top of their tree, no matter where they come from. did you see Bolt doing his dance moves after his win? A superstar is born!
of course to watch Rebecca Adlington smash the World Record this morning was even more emotive as her home town is quite close to mine! We were all yelling ourselves hoarse during the rowing too!
It's been wonderful, in '96 we only managed one gold medal the whole games and now we've got 7 already. It's so important to get people excited about London in 20012.

Atlanta?

And I don't get so much as a text message. I could have given
you an insiders tour of little known places like the CNN center
or the Coke Cola museum and this big rock out in Stone Mountain.

/but nyet Wink

I just can't believe we're fighting Russia for 3rd place! It's got the whole nation excited, we usually manage somewhere down in the teens! My only quibble is that our sports, cycling, rowing and sailing, aren't really the prestige events, not like track and field. But we won something like 10 of the 12 golds for cycling, I really hope other sports look to cycling to see how they can improve so dramatically for 2012.
Does the USA have a chance of catching China up?

Well, the USA cheats a lot so they may have a chance if they don't get caught cheating. The USA athletes are so drugged up, maybe we should be asking, "Does the USA have a chance of catching a buzz?"
