That was mean, but she was pretty gullible. Who would believe that you get a new car for winning a beer slinging contest?
Her case should be thrown out, and she should get over it and look for a new place to work.
She got the job without having big hooters so they must have liked her at some point though.  |

Her gripe may be legitimate. I don't recall ever patronizing the Hooters establishment. My impression is that they hire well-endowed girls to serve beer to lonely old men and horny young men. I learned long ago that, if you go into a tavern, they will charge you a lot more for the beer than Safeway for example.
Judge Judy might decide that the dumb waitress should receive the expensive car rather than the cheap toy. It's a tough call. |
