Hey Gang. Just back from the rim. Fishing was lousy but the water was great. Not having to rise at 2:30AM to go to work was very therapeutic. Hope everybody is well.
Best

A fishing vacation sounds like great fun, glad to hear you had a good time. I'm leaving for Virginia in a week and will be spending vast amounts of time out on the water, but on a Seadoo!

What's up for breakfast? Need Coffee!
Mornin' everyone.

Indeed. Technology was supposed to make it easier for me to do my job and give me more free time, including a few minutes for visiting the Cafe. In fact, technology has permitted my boss to work me 50% harder, leaving me exhausted and unable to enjoy my free time. But now I'm griping.

How's your summer going Dan? Is your son still on tour?

Colonial Beach, right on the river. My sister has her home there and we try to get down a few times every year.
Hey, I have something to show you. My daughter Mary drew this, and since your name has to do with anime, I thought you might enjoy.

Hope everything is well with you too Nostromo.

My husband, daughter Lisa and I are going to be stopping by your neck of the woods next week then visiting our daughter Lynda (she lives in North Bay) who is expecting her second child. It will be good to get away from the hustle and bustle where I work and it will be good to have the chance to visit with my granddaughter Emma. Very Happy

I need a labotomy! Nah, maybe an ice cream sundae...
My sister (not the one in VA, obviously! Laughing ) needed an emergency root canal, so I have her 3 kids here. My kids are here, and Bridget has two of her friends over. So right now I have 8 kids in the house ages 2, 4, 6, 9, 3-13 year olds and a 16 year old. HELP! Shocked
How do people have huge families? I would be insane.

Hope you have an excellent trip Mirizor. If you can swing through Ottawa on the way in or on the return trip, it would be my pleasure to give you a tour of the TV and RADIO studios I work at. Media Mall in Byward Market still makes an impression on me. Oh ... and lunch too at Sami and Toni's - my treat. If the timing works let me know and we can trade numbers.
Best
