Hope this works - It's a shortcut to Bills Sierra Club 2 percent clip.
We recycle everything! Do compost for the garden and don't use plastic bags anymore. It seems like a very small drop in a very large ocean but...with lots of little ones

That was interesting, thanks for putting it up.
Mine is estimated at 1.1, but it didn't have questions that took into account being a veggie, and other things that might have lowered it. |

I have a question. Let's say that you work in an industry that recycles everything. The tons of trash you are saving from going into the landfill are geting used over and over again. You've been recycling so much and doing so day after day for over 2 decades that you're pretty sure you don't have a carbon footprint but a green mountain instead.
Because a user of fossil fuels can purchase carbon offsets, do you think the Sierra Club or another organization that collects money from carbon users, in all fairness, should pay someone who prevents plastic, steel, aluminum, etc. from entering a landfill?? And this person does so day after day, year after year? Do these green organizations owe me money?
It's only fair! |

We've already got Used Car Yards and I read an article in National Geographic about Used Computers, there is a way of recycling your mobile phone when you get tired of your old one (mines about 4 years old and still works so I'm not changing until it nolonger does what I need it to do!).
Thing is if there is a gap in the market and someone can make money from it - It's possible! |

I'm so friggin green, I refuse to use air-conditioning! No A/C in the car, no air-conditioning at work (it was 82 degrees to begin with in here) and no A/C at home! In fact, I sleep upstairs where it's even hotter. I'm a green psycho like that!
Some may say I'm not green at all. I'm just too cheap to give the electric company any more money. To this charge, I will reference this 1919 film:

I'd love to have one of these cars!
We use long life bulbs and we recycle. If I won the lottery I'd love to have solar panels fixed on the roof.
As for tavelling I go by bus a lot. And walking is very good for health for short journeys.
We have a car and my hubby uses it most of the time. |
