To work the image I always use Paint shop Pro. but the last effect is
Twisted brush pro.
The captures were from a DVD, had writing all over it but I managed to get rid of it.
I keep the original art work without effects as well on file.
glad you liked it
Annie a long time ago I saw this digital art on a ladies site and she said if you know your way around Paint Shop Pro you will be able to learn this so I gave it a go . The very first image I did was this one:)
Gul Dukat From DS9
It isnt hard to learn but it does take a lot of time. And this is the enemy of most working folks.

The second picture's eyes are really compelling. Whether in color or not. There's something about them that's so dreamy. *sigh!* |

They are. They can tell you when someone is in pain, lying, or pleased. They are miniature portraits of exquisite feeling and color. Eyes are my favorite thing to gaze into....then it makes that person nervous! |

I like the first rendition series...
Number 1 is just a classic pose
Number 2, as you already said....has the most Genuinely Happy Eyes
I'd like to print those on card stock too...if I have your permission
