The approximately three-minute-long video, in grainy black and white, appears to show a creature with big eyes looking through a window into a house, the Post said. But it was unclear if it was a puppet or an alien.
Jeff Peckman, who has proposed the city of Denver create an 18-member extraterrestrial affairs commission, screened the video for the media Friday at Metropolitan State College.
"This one looked very gentle and very innocent and youthful," Peckman told FOX News on Friday.
The video shows a white creature with a balloon-shaped head that pops up and down in a windowsill 8 feet above the ground, according to the Post.
The paper said the head popped up on the windowsill four times, the face white with large black eyes that appeared to blink.
Rojas said Romanek set up the camera because he feared Peeping Toms were stalking his teen daughters, according to the Post.
Photographers and TV cameramen were not allowed to record images from the video at the press conference, the Post said.
Peckman did not release the video to FOX News.
"It's under agreement right now and negotiations are under way to create a documentary out of this for widespread use," Peckman said.

| It`s funny how they always have to sit on irrefutable evidence because releasing it would interfere with the copyrights of a friggin` documentary. It`s funny how it is so much more important to Jeff Peckerman to protect a documentary then to let the public have complete access to his irrefutable evidence. |

Here's a still frame of Jeff Peckman's purported alien:
Peckman's video is currently under scientific review. That's why -- in theory -- it hasn't been released to the public. In reality I'm skeptical any scientist would take this alien seriously. Its terrestrial face and primitive presentation makes it is too predictable and amateurish.
Don't know when humanity will come into direct contact with sentient extraterrestrial life, but am convinced it's only a question of when, not of if. Am also convinced when that meeting does occur, they'll exceed our wildest expectations, our most fanciful speculations.
They wouldn't be alien; they'll be spectacularly alien. |

Oooooo Ooooooo!!!!! I saw this on CNN this morning!!! I've never laughed so hard in my life!!!!! What a hoot!!!! And a crock!!!!!
I bought one of those "aliens" about 5 yrs ago right before Halloween. Theirs looks suspiciously the same as the one I have. It's made of some latex-ey rubber material.
I told a co-worker about mine. I'm going to find a small pair of swim trunks and put them on him, with sunglasses. I'm taking him to work Monday or Tuesday!!!! |

Personally, I think ETs are demonic manifestations of a paranormal nature. |

| I don't know what to think about this except that the still frame doesn't look very convincing. They say the video shows the "alien" blinking its eyes. And the guy said something about it running around in his house. Now, if he could have gotten video of it running around in the house....hmmm. That would be more convincing than a face popping up behind a window sill. |

| Jay Leno had a good joke about the video for Monday night. He mentioned how with the advanced technology needed to travel in space, etc., the best the aliens could do to study us was to hide in bushes, and peek through windows!?! |

They showed the video with the blinking eyes and then it was peeking around the corner into the kitchen--inside the house--on CNN.
As I said....WHAT A CROCK!!!!!!
It's soooooooooooo obviously fake.
The eye blinking is very deliberate. The peeking around the corner thingy doesn't even show the entire alien body (because of the person around the corner holding the dummy....). It's baloney!!!! |
