You're very welcome! We've had rain and a bit of lightning over here this morning. It's going to be humid and overcast today I think. |

Hi everyone. Yesterday was hubby's birthday and we celebrated with having a chocolate Boston cream pie (forgot the ice cream) and he got a couple of dvd's (stuff he had on tape but not dvd).
We got a call last night from Lynda (Emma's mom) wishing her dad a happy birthday. And she mentioned something about having hives, don't know if that should be a cause for concern (she did say it was warm up there). |

| Heat can make a baby's skin awfully sensitive. Cooling baths, Benadryl if your daughter approves, and some cornstarch will help the hives abit. |

No, Lynda is the one with the hives (she is 6 months pregnant). |

Is she ok?
Having hives while pregnant isn't too good and that can be a concern for her and the unborn baby.
It's not a heat rash is it ?
BTW Happy birthday to your husband, as you had mentioned it was his day...

I don't know. Her dad was talking to her last night. He thinks it may be stress related. |

| I got that when I was pregnant. Thought it was 5th's disease which is very serious when you're pregnant. Calomine or Aveeno will help. Oatmeal baths, plenty of rest, water, and some time to herself, if she can. |

Nope. Just too much excitement with getting promoted at her job and trying to handle this pregnancy. Talked to her hubby about 10 minutes ago and Lynda is doing better (having a couple of days off work helps). |
