Hey! I remembered to watch it!
Of course after the show I had to spend some time on the interweb.....
Always a joy to watch Bill. Is he out of the doghouse yet for his, er, photo shoot?? |

Hey Susie - Here's a link to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, click here. Select the episode, Monday June 2, and from there you can click on Bill's segment from the picture frames below the video window. It's about the 18:30 minute mark.
Enjoy! Oh, and watch it past Bill's segment as he stays on till the end and his rapid fire quips with Chelsea Handler...funny!

Thanks for the link, Sandy! Some hockey game came on and pushed the show way past my bedtime. That was a hilarious interview – the best one I've seen for his book tour! I love Chelsea Handler too, so that was such a fun pairing to watch. Lots of laughs, but I can't help believing that Bill is so screwed after that one |

I was watching that game... became so furious when the Red Wings blew it in the last 30 seconds of regulation and then blew it again in the 3rd Overtime period. But, I did catch Leno after that. Worth staying up for! Gave me a good laugh after that blasted hockey game...

So we're in agreement that maybe the game should have been put on hold, at least until Bill could offer his blessings Normally I would have stayed up late to watch, but the world cannot wait for me to master the Spanish language! |

I love Bill's hero story..though I'm not too sure how to take the fact that he admits that men having to work hard at being convincing liars! It means that a) men are always lying and are easily found out because they aren't clever enough to hide the fact or..b) women are the experts at lying and we deserve trophies for it!
Personally I think it depends on individuals of both genders. |

Brian - sorry that you missed Bill on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, but that was perhaps one of the top 5 hockey games of all time!!!! WOW!
alanaldafan11 - Caitlin, wasn't that a killer!!! The Penguins tie it with 35 seconds left in regulation, then 3 OT's...Red Wings tagged with 2 (bogus) interference penalties which they fought off and then in the 3rd OT the Wings called for a 4 minute penalty (this time legit) and boom the Penguins score and force Game 6 in Pittsburgh. What a heartbreaker for Red Wing fans, but a great victory for the Pens! I was exhausted after that game, imagine the players!!
Game 6 - Red Wings win 3-2, another terrific game!! Both teams put it all out there and once again the Pens almost tied it up with .02 seconds, but it the Cup went to the best team (President's Trophy-best record) and now the Stanley Cup....2007-2008 Stanley Cup Champions!!!!!!! WOW, still smiling about this one. Congrats to Pittsburgh, great team, great fans...they'll be a contender next year! Way to go RED WINGS, way to go!!! HOCKEYTOWN!!!!
Sorry, but there's not always that much to cheer about in Detroit!

Amen. The Red Wings are probably one of the main reasons why people actually stick around Detroit these days. I know they'd be my only reason. I'm just outside of Hockeytown. Love my Wings!! WOOO!! I might be going to the parade tomorrow morning.
