I watched this again recently and it never disappoints. Lots of great classic actors in it; Spencer Tracy, Burt Lancaster (a favorite of mine), Marlene Dietrich, Richard Widmark, Montgomery Clift and Judy Garland. Of course, it features a very young William Shatner and he did very well, too.
I've seen a handful of other pre-Star Trek performances by Shatner and have enjoyed the majority of them. It would be great to see For The People make it's way to dvd, with commentary by Shatner and Jessica Walter. I would love to see The Brothers Karamazov, too. Anyone here seen it? |

| Morgram use to have a Richard Widmark avatar. On a side note, he's not really pleased with TV Land these days. |
