I still have it. I work up a great sweat with it too. Twirl, bend over, pick it up, put back in place, twirl, bend over, pick it up and put back in place.
After about ten minutes, I am ready hit the shower and then on to conquer the world.   |

My daughter aquired my niece's old hoola hoop the other day and I tried it....I actually had that thing twirling for at least three minutes!  Just like riding a bicycle....  |

I must be working with a bent wheel  I am determined though. |

To tell you the truth the arthritis in the old hip is acting up, so my hula-ing is on hold for a while. |
