P Diddy is the latest victim of rising oil prices after revealing the cost of fuel has forced him to ditch his private jet travel, now opting for commericial flights with the rest of us. (Metro newspaper, London)
The King of Bling revealed the cut backs to his luxurious lifestyle on a YouTube video, pleading with the Saudi royal family to send him his own oil supply.
'Gas prices are too ****** ******* high. As you know, I do own my own jet and I have been having flying back and forth to LA pursuing my acting career', says the 38-year-old.
'Now, if I'm flying back and forth, like, twice in a month that's like $200,000 or $250,000 round trip. **** that. I'm back on American Airlines right now, OK.'
Joking he announces: 'Check this out, your boy Diddy right now is on American Airlines. Look.' He then makes his plea for his own fuel tariff from the Saudis asking: 'I want to give a shout out to all my Saudi Arabian brothers and sisters and all my brothers and sisters from all the countries that have oil, if you could all please send me some oil for my jet I would truly appreciate it.
'But right now, can you believe it, I am actually flying commercial. That's how high gas prices are ok, so I feel you. Look, I'm at the gate right now.
'This is proof that gas prices are too high, we need to do something about it, so tell whoever the next president is that we need to bring gas back down.'

LOL... i'd rather fly commercial. I like it. I don't think I'd like flying in my own jet that costs like 200,000 bucks.. sheesh. |

He should tool (because he is a tool) around on a moped! And then it would run out of gas and he'd have to use the pedals!
I don't know if any of you remember Peter and the Test Tube Babies. They had a song called, "Moped Lads". with lyrics like, "...but best of all is when they crash." Most of you probably remember, "Banned From The Pubs" or "September, Parts 1 and 2" from Peter and the Test Tube Babies.

I sometimes wonder why folks even bother to advance their acting careers any more. Pretty soon, no one will be able to afford the gas to get out and got to the frickin movies.
Me, I just blew the dust of my guitar and polished up my harmonica. Looks like we will be doing some old fashioned front porch entertaining. Hell, there isn't anything decent on the tube anymore either. |

Message for P Doody- Go sell all the snazzy clothes and jewelry, sell all the fancy gadgets and doodads, and use that to pay for your airplane tickets on the regular people's flights. Enjooooy being a regular guy for a change. Maybe you've forgotten what that's like. Can't be the top doody forever.  |
