I am sorry to hear it, DianaG.
My thoughts are with you. I am not much of a prayer-man myself.
But when I need the "big guy above" for myself, I will ask him to look after you.

Thank you for the prayers.
I got a call from the Dr.s in Chicago and they are having a meeting on Monday to see if they will do the tests on me or not as they are a Childrens Hospital and rarely do they allow adults to be tested. But since the Dr.s office for the NEurology Clinic in Pontiac don't have a Benevolence fund for the tests, they are going to try to see if they can do it for me through Childrens.
I will let you know on Monday what they say about it.
THank you all for praying !!!

I just read this today. My thoughts and prayers are with you Diana!! I'll keep my fingers crossed for Monday too!!!
This just goes to show how bad off we are in this country on the whole medical nightmare. It's ridiculous!!! Too many people use hospitals for things they shouldn't, which drives up the cost of insurance and medical procedures. It's a damn shame. |

It is ridiculous for the whole health care system.
I can't even get tests that I need to see what disease I have and get treatment and the results may affect my entire family. My older sister is having symptoms today like mine as I talked to her on the phone. She told me what they were and it sounds like me. But since her and her husband have limited coverage she can't get the tests either as they are so high.
We can;'t get teatment unless we have a clear diagnosis....but with no diagnosis we can't get treatment...It feels like a revolving door.
And days and months are going by with no answers....

Hi DianaG...It has to be really frustrating for you...but my prayers are for you to finally get a clear and definite diagnosis, and be able to start treatments, along with the rest of your family in need.
Take Care,
