"And the dead shall rise"

Hmmm, looks okay, but hasn't this idea been done quite a bit already?

Laughing You actually payed to see a "Blair Witch City Project"... Laughing I do not believe in paying the going Theater ticket for a B-movie (IMO). Clover and this new Dead movie I will wait to see until it comes out on Demand Download.. As for RE movies, they're more an Action/Large Screen SFX ordeal hence, I'll pay. When it comes to watching a movie through a camera view-finder, if you will, thats when I skip the 8:50 movie ticket, $7.00 popcorn and the gas spent on getting to the theater. Laughing

Yep i fell for the hype, the ads, and it being box office no.1 here.
I was interested to see Abrams style, and maybe get a few clues to the kind of his direction, /film making style the new Star Trek movie, could take with him at the helm.

The "handheld" camera POV, in Cloverfield made me dizzy at times, and i must agree, at least Blair Witch at the time was new, and in that movie it worked. Also recently watched the DVD of House of The Dead 2. Which to me was just another generic , "teenagers in peril movie".What a shame, these movies seem to be all just melting into one, big " lets get the currently well know t.v show teens in our movie", just to get the "youth" market to go and see the movie. But nothing, of any substance to make them stand out from the crowd.

Hey, Doc! I've been feeling well enough to continue to get myself into trouble, so that is always a good sign..... Wink Hope you're doing well.

Well, you do have to love the undead. Although they do have it tough.... that quest for brains has got to be difficult. So many heads, so few brains..... Wink

I'm going to wait until Cloverfield comes out on DVD. Too many warnings about dizziness and vomitting for me to want to see it in a theatre. Combine that with greasy popcorn covered in artificial butter, and, well, I won't go there...... Embarassed

Zombies are spreading out and you are the only one that can save the village! Use your brain dispenser to de-zombify the zombies. Are you afraid of the dark? Well, after this you probably wont be, zombies aren't as scary as they seem. But! They're taking over your hometown and since you're the one with the brains it's up to you to put up the fight. Throw brains at the zombies and turn them back into humans. As you progress you get help from your fellow humans in the fight against the zombies. Can you survive until midnight?
Originally written in 48 hours it might not be the deepest game you've seen, but it should provide some fun on those coffee breaks.

Cheers, Doc! I do love 'em zombies! However, read a few reviews about this new Romero effort that weren't too flattering, unfortunately.

I am looking forward to Zack Snyder's zombie epic in the pipeline. He directed the excellent Dawn Of The Dead remake, 300 and the adaptation of Watchmen. Although he will not be directing this time round, sadly, he has written a script, which he says is the epic zombie flick that all fans of the sub-genre have wanted to see.

Cheers, Doc! Wink

There was the release of Resident Evil Extintion DVD here on Monday.

Although i have had the the main movie, for a good while i think i'd like to rent the DVD to hear the commentary,( if there is one) and see if there are plans for a follow up some time, in the future ( even though tptb are saying no at the moment) .I hear there are rumours of a "spin off" movie centered around the Claire Redfield character.
