Nothing up Bullwinkle's sleeve...Presto! Except moose milk. Yes, folks, according to FoxNews people in Russia are milking moose or is that meese( ). They say it's difficult in the milking process(can you imagine that?) but it seems that moose milk has theraputic properties because it's hypoallergenic and that it helps with stomach ailments and blood disorders. I have a blood disorder but that doesn't mean I'm keen on trying moose milk. Bleh!
OOOO!!! |

Maybe you can find a way to have it delivered. They say it takes about four months between each baby for the milk to be available. I'd think that would have to be one of the most nerve-wracking jobs. Milking moose. Personally I'd be running like hell to get away from that moose. Mean critters from what I've heard. Applying for the job?...Moose Milker...what's the starting pay? Not nearly enough. |

Canada has almost twice the moose population as Russia (which has almost twice the US moose).
Of course, moose by-product therapy is free under Canuck healthcare.
Milk. Meat. The holistic moose.

Holistic moose could rake in big bucks in the US, too. |

Moose hatchling are soooooo cute.
Fiercely loyal as adult pets. Saddle up for petrol-free transportation.

Wow! People have even tried to train them for military purposes? Now I'm thinking I've just about heard everything that's weird! I was thinking last night that if Laplanders domesticate reindeer then why not the moose? Maybe it's like reindeer milk. Those "cows" in that pen are kinda cute up close. Or are those the babies? They sure are cute. |

Those are moose calves.

Well, I don't even like cow's milk, unless it is mixed with sugar, assorted other goodies, and frozen.
Hmmmm, maybe there is a market for moose milk ice cream?
We got up really close to several moose in Yellowstone. Probably not a good idea, but they didn't act at all aggressive. Cute little guys.... |
