Post subject: World Champion Colin McRae has died

Air accident experts will continue their investigations of the helicopter crash which killed rally champion Colin McRae, his son and two others.
Police said the aircraft came down on Saturday at about 1600 BST in Jerviswood, roughly a mile from Lanark, and caught fire.
Officers said Mr McRae, his son Johnny, five, his friend Ben Porcelli and family friend Graeme Duncan died. The bodies were removed from the site on Sunday evening.
A full post-mortem examination has still to be carried out. Ben Porcelli and Graeme Duncan also died in the crash
The team of air accident investigators spent the day at the scene on Sunday examining the wreckage.

That's so sad and his son looks so gorgeous in the photos I've seen of him, only five...he had his best friend along with him too. I would never set foot in a helicopter.  |

I had to click on the link and read the entire article to get to the very last sentences where it says ......."the racing drivers father".......
being from across the pond, in the colonies, I had no idea who or what this post concerned.  |
