That whole Tom Cruise thing is...slightly...slightly...disturbing but...Russell Crowe...is he a decent actor? I've never seen anything he was in

Trekmovie said that all Cruise reports were rumors but it might be resurfacing...

Does anyone know where we can get Cruise a red shirt?

Russell Crowe's been in quite a few movies. Gladiator being one of them. It's bloody though. Very bloody. PG-17.

Tom Cruise was good in the movie Far and Away. And also in Rainman. Other than that....I don't care too much for him.

I like Tom and think he's a fine actor. You must have liked Risky Business back in the day Angel! I also liked his performance in Collateral. A lot of his roles have been in fluff movies that took them selves too seriously - That Bartender one comes to mind and I didn't think Top Gun was all that great, but still, if I have a problem with one of his movies it's never been his acting. He's been miscast, misdirected and some plots have been dumb, but he usually makes the best of them.

Now scientology??? No comment, but that’s his personal beliefs, and if I spent all day thinking about how silly most religions really are I'd never get anything done!

As for religion, I never put down someone's faith. Whatever works for them. Alot of people don't agree with my faith. We're all going to be surprised when we get to Heaven Cool

Well, these days Cruise has to find something to do with his time, since most studios won't touch him due to his bizarre behaviour. Great, they'll give him his second chance with the Trek franchise....just what this movie needs. Rolling Eyes

Anyway, I like the piece about Braga, now if he would only admit that he screwed up the entire franchise, we'd be getting somewhere....... Laughing

Tom Cruise is suffering the middle-age crazies. Who ain't Rolling Eyes Laughing Cool He needs to tone it down a bit if he want's to be respected. His roles when he was younger were not too bad. But he needs to be comfortable with his age and act accordingly.

Braga, I thought didn't do too bad with Deep Space 9. I liked that show. Except for the end. Would you believe out of all the Star Trek shows endings that were on I liked Voyager's the best? And I didn't care for that show that much. Fighting the Borg queen has always been one of my favorite themes.

I liked Voyager, many don't. However, the ending Suck (IMO); 'they' rushed it, like they always do.

Oh yeah...Good morning Angel!

I guess if Matt Decker were to be represented in the movie I think that Crowe would have a decent shot at it. He looks like a younger version of Matt Decker. That would be neat.
