 Adversity builds character. At least that's what my dad says. Kids stories and just life in general can be awful grim. The part about you leaving the lights on reminds me when my sister was a young girl. She was babysitting our son one night and when we got home every room in the house had the lights on. That girl still can't sleep without a night light. I used to share a room with her and I couldn't sleep with the night light on. I would turn it off and she would crank up the heat all the way on my electric blanket. It's a wonder it didn't short out or roast me alive  She was a mean little booger Real life can be more scarier than a book. |

hmmmm, i have a LED panel light in most rooms and hallways for evening traversing.................................................so I can understand......of course they are low light but they do keep the ghosties and ghoulies away..........did I just say that  |

Yes, you sure did! To tell you the truth, when I'm alone in the frontroom of this house something sounds like it's walking along the hallway, shuffling on the carpet. We don't have pets and the kids are asleep at the time. Kinda scary. Maybe I need nightlights too.  |

yep, new ones are led and last forever...cast a nice soft blueish light...I have several which replaced the ¨christmas light´ type night light....while the led panels are still working after 3yrs
the cost in electricity
is almost not calcuable and the convenience is formidable.
.....let there be light...... |

BTW, those new led ones have a sensor and so go on at low light levels...no forgetting to turn them on. |
