Oh, THAT Kirk!
But you have all heard his soliloquies, yes? Crying shame if you haven't, it's like saying that the Rowling person is best known for her Comic Relief book about magical animals.... |

Sooooooo, those of you who are complaining that this is no longer a Shatner focused board, need to stop belly aching about it.
Trying to tie an actor to one specific role for the rest of his life is doing him a disservice and is, in fact, disrespecting his craft as a character actor.
Perhaps some of you are too young to have gone through years of hearing of actors blowing their brains out because they got pigeon holed into a role and then afterwards could never find work playing other roles.
Bill has proved over and over again that he is much more than Jim Kirk. He is an accomplished actor not just a characterture of some space happy outer space guy.
Come on folks!
And just so you won't take this tooooooo seriously and jump all over me in ranting and raving of uncontrollable rage...... Here take this!

I have no other movies or work of Bills , I recently got the Movie Alexander, and I did some art and a video of it, I know my art work and captures are all from Star Trek. But I make no apologies for this
I have to say that we don't get a lot of Bills work here in Australia, even Boston Legal was taken of due to low ratings. It is back now ,I guess the Emmys helped there:) but it is on very late at night.
So if you don't mind I can only continue to show captain Kirk due to lack of resources:) I am sure we will survive:)
I admire William Shatner. But I love Captain Kirk and always will:)
I am not worried if he is in the New Star Trek.

I love your photos Daisy! And there will always be room for Captain Kirk. I wasn't suggesting eliminating any mention of Kirk. I was simply making a point when WW mentioned that we no longer focus on Bill on this site. I started a post on Denny Crane and noone responded to it.
I know that not everyone gets Boston Legal in their area. Heck, I sometimes forget because it comes on at the same time as the news and I am sometimes sidetracked by breaking news in the area and just plain forget to turn the channel.
Oh well, I made my point. |
