Alan Rickman as the Sheriff of Nottingham in "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves".........
Reports said he staggered around for a good five minutes in his death scene before finally collapsing. |

Macbeth: End of Act four scene two
Macduff's son calls the Murderers liars and is then stabbed exclaiming "He has killed me, mother: / Run away I pray you!"

actually I thought this death could have been realistic because it isn't an instant death when it's a stab to the heart.... it's quick but painful... however it isn't instants...
See Kingdom of Heaven for other good dramatic death scenes.

Also good dramatic death scenes in the end of the movie Glory...
and one of my other favorites...
the death of the "Blood sucking lawyer" in Jurassic Park... what a way to go eaten by a T-Rex in the rain while on the crapper... haha! |

pardon me if I would prefer something either quicker or perhaps less violent and painful... say... dying in one's sleep...

In The Last Of the Mohicans, the jump and fall of the young woman from the cliff. It is heartbreaking!

Many of the deaths in Monty Python and the holy grail are also very dramatic...
in fact... one of my favorite quotes of all time is in this movie...
"Let's not argue about who killed who..."
