Though I would say perhaps, that when apologizing, to put it at the same level as the insult (public or private). Seems to work slightly better usually. |

LittleStar is absolutely correct in this statement. Gornman may have dug it out of the moth balls, but he assigned people who actually cared about others. Maybe one of the most insightful things he's ever done. And the people who are in charge of it aren't the soul owners. The people of this board are the owners who choose to be patrons. The cafe' is run like a democracy. Of the people and for the people. I'm going to miss him. The person that he was before he started having some issues. Whatever they are I don't want to know, but I hope that he gets them straightened out so he can come back. I don't want anyone leaving, but at the same time I'm not wanting to put up with overly aggressive attitudes, too. Homey don't play that game. I didn't really play a major part in his decision to leave. I'm not no fricking David against Goliath. I'm barely a blip on this particular radar screen. But enough was enough.  Let him come back if he wishes, but he's not to address me in that manner ever again. |
