Sometimes he is attacked on Trekmovie.com (people's comments) or at TrekBBS.com |
Puppets of the post-tos/paramount regime. TNGers don`t like Kirk because he is a mid-20th century kind of a guy instead of a tng-era girly-man...like them. You`re damn right they don`t like Kirk. Self-examination is something that I think they would rather like to try and avoid. |

I am one of those folks that doesn't consider my self old (nearly 70 )
A child of the second world war, they made us tough in those days:) In spirit and our outlook on life:)
They always rubbish Trek and WS it is what we call in Australia the tall poppy syndrome. with success come huge jealousy .

At Trekmovie.com, under the "Nimoy Coy About Part In New ‘Star Trek’ - Shatner Says He Is Not In It [UPDATED] " article, there are now comments there calling William Shatner a liar! A certain TNG writer is very vociferous in his negative feelings.  |

Thanks! yes ! I take a while to get the eyes right . and the rest follows:)
The Enterprise was a Transparency I took a while to trim. I used it on my Video that's the one on several of the avi clips, I can change the colour at will:)

Wednesday's ShatnerVision should quiet everyone down.
Lisabeth reads the "writers" quote to Bill and he responds about the movie. This video was shot last week so unless there is some major change since then - this video stands as the latest on the movie and Bill.
**UPDATE**
Actually I'm going to put this video up on ShatnerVision today and bump out the new book video until Weds. Let's just quiet these people down once and for all.

Honestly, this board does not really tolerate these types of posts. We are not a vendetta site. We have a long history of keeping the peace even with our most ardent critics and I won't have a list of "hate sites" generated here for people to go and "defend" Captain Kirk (or even Denny Crane, for that matter.)
People can say whatever they want. Words don't hurt and Anthony over at Trekmovie.com (which is the only site mentioned thus far) is a friend of ours and he knows what Bill has said. So let Anthony handle his crowd of naysayers with Bill's own words.
