| We're still watching Boston Legal and I reckon Denny is becoming more and more liberal! Anyone else had that impression? |

| I'm looking forward to watching a lot of "Boston Legal" episodes that I have missed. I have not seen enough shows to form an opinion about Denny's politics yet. |

Unfortunately, Boston Legal has been put on such a tight time schedule that the scripts are suffering terribly and it is becoming painful to watch the show.
I wish the powers that be would loosen up and give the Boston Legal folks the time they need to come up with quality scripts and episodes. The whole show has been reduced to filler comedy blurbs with a little substance story thrown in the cracks.
I am afraid if this continues, not even the great Denny Crane and Alan Shore are going to be able to save the show from the jaws of the sharks. |

I think you got that mixed up
Conservatives don't take themselves nearly as seriously. Liberals tend to be extremely uptight and, well, intolerant when it comes to questioning them or teasing them. It probably has something to do with the insecurities of generally being wrong. |

Right. I`m tired of liberals telling me to worry about the sun growing into a red giant 5 billions years from now. They should just stop complaining about everything and settle down and enjoy life like Bill and the rest of us slobs. |

I think Bill is very concerned about the environment and frankly "hysteria and hand wringing" is the appropriate response sometimes!
I sometimes think it must be wonderful to be right-wing and not worry about these issues but then I start thinking again and realise I'd rather stick pins in my eyes! |

Very well said, Seamus. I really don't see much difference in the two "sides, parties, wings, etc.". Both are run by people who generally have their own career and interests at heart. And I've yet to see how dividing ourselves into two groups blaming each other for all the world's problems solves anything. Whatever happened to just believing in something, and doing the right thing? 
But, since I'm in the middle, does that mean I have to hug a tree and then shoot it?? |

I would like to ask a simple question.
Why is it that this thread seems more like a political thread in the guise of talking about Denny? Since no one bothered to comment on my post, it would seem that there is very little talk about Denny and a whole lot of talk about politics.
Just thought I would ask. |
