So far William hasen't driven his car yet but the show is a bit exciting. I know you wouldn't get me behind the wheel of one of those things!
What all do you think of the show so far?
Also what do you think of the show being shown o two diffrent days of the week? I think it is a bit confusing and I almost missed an episode because of it.

I'm not a Nascar fan, myself. But my mom is and she's letting me know when he's going to be on. The two different days of the week would be confusing to me. What I've learned of it so far from mom is that John Elway has a gigantic gumline  |

I haven't been able to catch an episode yet. I work nights, so it is difficult. I hope to not miss Bill's turn.

How about an oilball? he used to love those! You take the dregs from the bottom of the deep fryer, soak up the excess oil, roll it into a snowball...then throw it at The Tanner!

Yep ....Bill was disqualified because he went over the white line at the bottom of the track while doing his time trials and the third time the told him he was out!
I guess it's because it's dangerous to be going up & down the track so I guess in the racing world that's a big no no!

Bill is extremely brave. He is beyond courageous to take on challenges like this, and he is truly admirable! His time was excellent and he beat out another racer. I think the track people got positively persnickety about that white line business. Bill made a great run! It was a personal best, and a public best, too!
He has been open about subjects that most people don't go near, like high anxiety about death, and yet, here he is, laughing in Death's face as he heroically speeds around a race track! Gotta love the guy, and stand in awe of him, for he is lionhearted.  |

Thats complete crap... ugh. I understand why you go up and down the track. You want to take the turns on the inside and slide out onto the top of the track coming out of it. I haven't watched it yet, but I'll see what happened.

| Darn it. I can't believe that I missed seeing Bill drive. I completely forgot about watching it on Thursday night. I broke my foot Thursday afternoon in 2 places and was in quite a lot of pain. I think that I was kind of out of it. I guess that is why I forgot about Bill. I hate to hear that he didn't make it. He is definitely alot braver than I am. I wouldn't be caught dead driving around the track doing 159 mph. Bill is my hero! Best wishes, TK |

Yikes! Hope your hoofer heals quick! Maybe someone somewhere will air the event again so you can catch it. Bill is a bonafide racer. He can really drive!
