We love you Mr. Shatner but this Priceline Company really bites. I swear this company hides from people; they hide the customer service numbers when you do finally track one down and call you get a non-English speaking entity from God only knows what planet. Can you please encourage this company to behave more civilized and human friendly otherwise; I will have Mr.Spock give their CEO the Vulcan grip.

Yeah, I have to agree.
As much as I admire Bill, I'm not a fan of Priceline.

I just go with Delta and not worry about it. Sometimes cheaper is not always better, esp. when you are depending on folks who have you suspended thousands of miles in the sky. ASB - Aug 03, 2008 - 01:53 PM Post subject:
I have nothing but praise for Priceline, I have booked many flights and hotels through them for my holiday and in doing so made a few mistakes. I was able to ring a local Australian number but got to speak to someone int he US and each time they have been very friendly and helpful. I had to cancel two flights and as I did this within 24 hours of booking there was no penalty.
I find the site easy to use and it gives you many airlines and in most cases the best available price often lower than the Airlines site itself.
I have had problems with other companies and the proof is in the eating so once I do my trip in December January I will know for sure if this praise is warented however I am pretty confident all will go well as I have double checked every booking with the airline and hotel already.
