It?s that time of year again ? the Hollywood Charity Horse Show is here. I started this charity about twenty years ago in an effort to help challenged children. Over the years, we?ve raised considerable money and done a lot of good. This year proves to be no exception. on April 26th in the evening, there will be a great party given by the Hollywood Charity Horse Show at the Equestrian Center in Burbank, California. We?ve got team penning with Hollywood personalities (I?ve even lassoed Leonard into participating this year!), Jim Belushi and his orchestra, and a silent auction. Of course, there?s always plenty of great food, too. I?m very proud of the wonderful job everyone involved in the Charity has done for these kids. If you want to have a great time AND make a contribution to needy children, come to the party. The tickets are a charitable expense, so not only does it cost less than you think, you?re doing a good deed, too. Plus, it?s just plain fun! |

WilliamShatner.com promises to be a great new adventure for me, and I am looking forward to communicating online. I have to confess I've had my technological fears about the Internet, but I've managed to brush them aside so I can reach out to all of you. I am eager to share our respective worlds. |

First let me say that I am blown away by the response to the website. We've had hundreds of thousands of hits on the site in such a short amount of time that I am touched and overwhelmed by it all. You all have been so enthusiastic and I thank you for your interest. |

I had a wonderful experience in Seattle a week ago. Lisabeth and I traveled there for a convention, and took the opportunity before I went on-stage to tour around a bit. We ended up in Pike?s Marketplace. (Forgive me if I don?t get the name exactly right. I was calling it ?Pike?s Peak? for a while until several people kindly corrected me. I?m still not sure I?ve got it right.) |
