I miss the floggings.
Sure, they were only verbal, but when there just aren't enough floggings to satisfy that deep need for aforementioned scourging, you have to take what you can get.
Yep. I sure do miss the floggings. How is one supposed to indulge the desire to basically pillage the village? |

The kitty in you sig looks more like a tribble. It takes me a few seconds to find the kitty face. |

I concur. Indeed, multiple cases of mistaken identity.
That's why I don't make too many assumptions in cyberspace. Especially when I don't have IP address access, and even that, can be misleading.
Forums are loaded with all kinds of interesting posters:
- People who are who they say they are,
- People who aren't who they say they are,
- And people who, on occasion, are who they say they are.
If you don't have real world knowledge about someone, good luck trying to figure out who's who in Azusa's Zoo.
And if posters are fascinating, remember the lurkers who are far more fascinating, for we know absolutely nothing about them.

Dave was one of the best posters on this or any other board. I didn't always agree with him but he always put his point across well and often humourously.
As for Joains, well mother always said... |

| I almost never agreed with him, had some mighty ding dongs, yet I still miss the old dog! If Joains had said the sun rises in the East, I'd check on wikipedia! |

Ah nostalgia. So seductive, so inaccurate; reminds one of a former lover: a propensity to remember the good, and forget the bad.
Recommend the same vis-à-vis former posters.
As for me, here's my Sun related allegory:
”You know it makes one feel rather good deciding not to be a bitch."

i did enjoy working on those songs and i hope they made some of you smile.

i will just sign up for survior again.
