I saw Burton Cummings years ago when he was touring with Ringo's All Star Band. He brought the house down with American Woman and No Time.
From the looks of it, they still sound great live, but they're twice the band they used to be.
One of these days they should bury the hatchet with their past and do a double bill, Guess Who and BTO. Now that would be a concert! |

It would be nice when people start a thread if they would actually give some details and comments and not just post the URL to another site. The URL is fine but details in the post makes the topic more complete.
On many sites this practce is actually banned |

I had no problem with this post. I do however have a problem
with "hall monitors" who should be banned |

I'm sorry if:
"...40 years after it hit the charts, it's still a kick a** song by a classic Canadian rock band! (even if the boys are packin' a few extra pounds)..."
...didn't meet your personal need for 'details and comments' and caused you to feel compelled to waste a precious moment or two out of your busy schedule to comment on a thread that you apparently care nothing about.

Actually, and Paul can verify this if I am wrong, but giving a url link would be more legal than copying something without giving proper reference. |

I think you are correct. Never heard of forums banning the use of urls off site. Altho I can see their panic about strange urls. However, I believe this bbs is a bit more secure than some forums I've been on. |

Actually, in the past Paul has asked us NOT to post entire articles, but put up the links instead.
I think that periodically we should ban everyone who doesn't floss everyday. I mean sure, we'd have to invade people's homes, and sure, we'd probably get into trouble, but in the interest of better dental hygiene, isn't it worth it?? |

Unfortunately, not everyone can be within a day reach of the Mount Airy 'Snappy Lunch'. For some of those who aren't, their personal disappointment and misplaced feelings of disclusion can sometimes manifest themselves in some peculiar and seemingly unrelated ways...
...that's my theory anyway.

I still think it has something to do with not flossing. |

...don't forget world famous pork chop sandwiches!
(although not mentioned specifically, they were 'inferred')

...and after I report back in April, you might have just the place to do it some weekend in the not-so-distant WSBBS future!
