Thursday I'm sitting down with Bill to do some more ShatnerVision videos.
Any burning issues that I should address?
And for Harry - No, he's not in the movie... 
Also I'm going to ask kirkscutie's question on the Brother's Karamazov:
"How did playing his first role as Alexey change his life?"

With the recent death of Heath Ledger and all the other things going on with other famous people, how do you feel about what is happening to young Hollywood? Its a shame that such talent goes to waste due to an addiction. I understand that addiction is a powerful thing that, unfortunately, takes the best of people. Without those to help them get through, it can be fatal. My brothers and my father are addicts of either alcohol or drugs or both...

I just heard about this group today via another video on Live Video but I haven't really seen them in action. We should get them to do a video and have Bill respond to it!

Hi Bill! Looking back at the original series, if you had had total creative control, is there anything you would have changed in the concept and design of the show?
Personally, I love it all, but when you were shooting, was there anything about the vision that grated you?

"Regarding Shatner weekend. We hear every year from folks who go down there how much fun it is. What's it like from your perspective?"
I'll leave it up to you, Paul. Whichever you think seems to work best (if you use one).  I'm fond of number 2, but it's very open ended for Shatnervision with the time constraints.

Last time I asked about Bill's dogs and I believe you said the answer would come in January or maybe February sometime. Any idea when that will appear?
And for another question for this time if possible...
In interviews and videos it is clear Bill enjoys his children and family very much. It's so nice to see such a close family. I was wondering how Bill would describe his obviously successful parenting style and how he managed to raise great "kids" in the shadow of all his fame as an actor?

Bill had his dogs for the Details magazine shoot. The footage should be coming up in the next few days on ShatnerVision. I did see it on the editing machine a couple days ago.

Paul- I spent over an hour looking through the Vids...and can't find the REAL slammer vid...that said Bill would be too chicken to respond...DARNIT...I should have put in favs...sorry  |

Well if it's a dare for Bill to respond - we usually ignore it because then all we'll get is copycat videos daring Bill to respond to those as well. If it's something truly worth responding to - then we will get Bill to respond. |

Well, Paul, I don't know if you ever got his answer about what the weirdest thing he'd do with god-like powers - I know you have two parts where he talks about time traveling and stuff but I never got the "weird" answer.
Also, did you ever ask him about Leonard Nimoy's bike and if he still has it? I REALLY want to know! Seriously. I still think if he does have it he should do a big to-do at a convention where he and Mr. Nimoy sign the bike (or a picture of them and the bike together - plus if there's a picture of Mr. Nimoy on the bike before Mr. Shatner stole it) and auction it off for the JNF or another favorite charity. PLEASE? I WANT TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
